Just reconfirming what all of us already know... chefs are in agreement too!

shira: Connecticut; I'm passionate about growing food, cooking food, and eating food. I've been a vegetarian for so long that I've totally forgotten what meat even tastes like. I have a love/hate relationship with Martha Stewart. I have a crush on the late Christopher Lloyd (the garden designer, not the actor). Once upon a time I decided to study horticulture and gardening at the New York Botanical Garden. My love affair with plants turned into obsession, just ask my family. Everything I've learned in school is enhanced by 10+ years of trial and error - emphasis on the error.
